Troubleshooting
No sound in bypass
- Check the input and output connections.
- Check your cables, and swap them if necessary.
- Check the volume and output on the instrument.
If the pedal loses power it automatically reverts to bypass mode, so a dead supply won't cut your signal.
No sound when the effect is engaged
- Is the LED indicator on? If yes, check the input and output connections.
- If the LED is off, check the power supply and swap it if necessary.
The effect is distorting
- Is the instrument active? If yes, dial back the instrument volume.
- If not, check the power supply for a malfunction.

Frequently asked questions
What is true-stereo output?
Most boutique effects are true-bypass, but standard mechanical stomp switches generally can't provide a stereo output. TEN Effects use high-performance relays, so your pedal produces a stereo output without altering the signal. That's honest-to-god true-bypass switching, in stereo.
Can I get a schematic for your pedals?
No. If it's broken, just contact me and I'll help you.
Can I use 18V?
No. If you use an 18V power supply you will kill the pedal.

Warranty
All TEN Effects come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. We guarantee that your pedal will be free of defects in workmanship for the life of the product. We also guarantee the continued operation of all components for five years from the date of purchase. Within that five-year period TEN Effects will repair — or replace, at our discretion — any pedal that stops working properly as a result of faulty materials.
The warranty is voided by
- Removal or replacement of any component
- Prolonged exposure to the elements
- Abuse above and beyond normal wear and tear
- Application of an incorrect power supply
No pedal showing signs of abuse or modification will receive warranty service. All requests must be accompanied by documented proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.
